1). Rosaderriviere.co.uk is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. We follow strict guidelines to the requirements of the data protection act in the UK. The purpose of this statement is to explain to you what personal information we collect and how we may use it

2). When you contact us:  We may ask you for your details such as name and email address.

3). We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons.

4) We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection act.. We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you specifically knowingly provide it. In order to maintain the accuracy of our database, you can check, update or remove your personal details by email.

5). we will not transfer your information outside (European Economic Area) without   first obtaining your consent.

Telephone Readings

7). Telephone readings are given in confidence. If you have ordered a complimentary CD of the reading, your name and address will be collected prior to the reading. And will be sent by ordinary post within 7 working days of your reading taking place. We cannot be responsible for the quality or the arrival of your complimentary CD: After your CD has been posted.

8). After agreeing a mutual date and time,  for your telephone reading, you will have 24 hours to purchase your reading using this website. Failure to do so will result of your allocated appointment to be released again to the general public.

9). On the agreed date and time,  we will telephone you to conduct the reading as long as this is from a BT land line and in the UK. If you reside outside the UK the telephone call will be at your expense.  In other words, if you reside outside the UK, you will have to phone me at the agreed date and time (GMT time or UK time) for your reading. Failure to do so will result in a lost appointment and no refund will be given.

10) Readings are given as guidance and not restricted or limited to predictions. Tarot telephone readings with Rosa Derriviere are designed to help you to fulfil your own potential and to empower, you in order to live a more satisfying life. In the unlikely event that your reading doesn’t flow (This will be evident in the first 5 minutes and at Rosa’s discretion) your reading will be re- scheduled to another date and time or refunded. 

11). Please note that in the unfortunate event of you cancelling the reading after purchasing it, I reserve the rights to give you a refund minus cancellation fee (25%) within 30 days.

E Mail Readings

12). Once you have purchased an e mail reading, and sent Us your questions, you will receive your completed e mail reading within 5 working days,( Saturday and Sundays are not included) unless prior arrangements have been made.
